Service Contracts

By putting a service contract in place for your machinery you ensure all routine maintenance will be carried out within the recommended timeframe for your machine.

Once a machine inspection is carried out, a suitable schedule will be offered. The timeframe for this schedule is determined by various factors.

  • Condition of machine.
  • Daily usage.
  • Packaging materials.
  • Factory environment.

The cost of an inspection visit will be credited to your account once a service contract is put in place. Our service contracts generally include all travel and labour costs. It also allows the customer to avail of free telephone technical support.

A report is provided after each scheduled site visit on the condition of the machine. This report will also outline any remedial works outside a service contract which may be required.
